Supplier Diversity Policy Statement

Print Media's success depends on our ability to reduce costs, provide better service to our associates and customers and develop new products and services; we recognize that MBE, WBE, VET & SBE suppliers play a key role in helping us achieve these goals. At Print Media, our policy is to encourage the development and use of diverse suppliers consistent with established corporate goals. Print Media will measure, market and manage all supplier diversity goals and initiatives. Tier 2 Program efforts enlist Print Media majority suppliers to participate and create supplier diversity strategies and goals for the products and services they supply.

Print Media's diverse suppliers are a critical part of our business and directly contribute to the ability to meet and exceed our associates and customers' expectations. Print Media has an annual minimum expenditure goal of 3% toward MBE and 2% toward WBE directly related to raw materials and/or the packaging and distribution of the finished products and services. With this is mind, we regularly and strategically employ several outreach initiatives to attract, develop and retain Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE), Veteran-Owned Enterprises (VET) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE). In addition, our Tier 2 Program expands our supplier diversity efforts to our majority suppliers by encouraging them to do business with competitive diverse companies.
